What changes with the tax status?

No matter the tax status, you can accept tasks from clients (unless the client needs you to have a particular tax status). That being said, each tax status comes with its own set of accounting documents, so you shouldn't choose the status that you're not.

What if I'm no longer an individual entrepreneur or self-employed?

In this case, you need to change the tax status in your Solar Staff account to "individual." In accordance with the Terms of Use, your current tax status must match that specified in the service. If there's a mismatch, your access to Solar Staff may be restricted.

How do I choose or change my tax status?

You can't change your tax status if you have unfinished or unpaid tasks, as well as unwithdrawn funds on the balance.

If everything is in order, go to the "Taxes" section of your Solar Staff account and press "More" under the status you need.

Next, follow these guides:

Important: Non-verified individuals are subject to an annual withdrawal limit of RUB 15,000. If the limit is exceeded, the remaining funds can only be withdrawn starting the next calendar year. To avoid waiting, you can do one of two things:

  1. Verify your account as an individual to remove the withdrawal limit.

  2. Select a tax status individual entrepreneur.
